Hey there! Thanks for your visit to my digital portfolio! Happy to have you here as we delve into my journey as a System Administrator. I have experience in cloud services, security, and collaboration platforms. Known for improving operations, solving technical issues, and keeping systems secure and up to date with hands on management.
Im always curious by nature and learning whether its researching new tools, taking courses, or attending community events. I also like using AI tools to speed up workflows and get better results for the team.

User & access management, Domain setup, license management. Exchange distribution, mailbox, and email trace. SharePoint permissions & storage cleanup. Teams access controls domain whitelist/blacklist. Microsoft Defender email filtering & anti-malware. Entra ID user management & MFA. Intune BitLocker key recovery & device limit cleanup.
User & access management across Jira, Confluence, and Opsgenie. Board and space customization. Jira automation, bulk changes, creating and converting team & company managed boards. Migrating tickets between Jira projects and structuring Confluence spaces.
IAM user management, Route 53 to Cloudflare DNS, EC2 creation, config, security. Amplify domain with GitHub auto deploy. S3 management and FTP access. EventBridge schedules, Lambda automation. VPC security groups & Elastic IPs. Amazon WorkSpaces. CloudWatch monitoring, CloudTrail activity tracking.
User access management, DNS and Name Server management, SSL/TLS configuration (upgrade TLS versions, automatic HTTPS redirection). Workers & Pages integrated with GitHub. Exporting DNS records for domain cleanup/migration.
Updating firmware on switches and access points; configuring switch ports and assigning fixed IPs per port; monitoring switches and tracking access point performance via the AP administrator IP.
Cortex XDR administration to secure devices by scanning for threats, applying updates, and isolating or removing malicious software via the Endpoint Manager.
Repository management (create, change, delete, update visibility, migrate between organizations/teams). Access management for specific repositories with specific permissions for outside collaborations.
Managing user permissions per workspace/board. Integrations to sync tickets between Jira and Monday.com using Jira automation as triggers. Security with Office 365 SSO, authentication controls, and IP restrictions.
Providing users that required a Premium license from the Management Console and organizing access with user groups, and of course fixing issues with it when working remotely
